I was raised on a dairy farm in Taranaki, New Zealand, where I found my early strengths with a hands-on approach to problem solving. After studying engineering, I have worked professionally for over a decade in various engineering and value chain roles. I have since pursued an MBA, completed in Feb 2024, no mean feat on top of work and a young family.
